Reception
At the entrance of the Holiday Centre there’s the main Reception, open every day from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. Here all check-in operations are carried out (for the Holiday Village and the Campsite), along with the registration and payment of daily visitors, reservations for the current season and for the next one.
In the Hotel’s reception, check-in and check-out operations are carried out for the Hotel’s and the Aparthotel’s guests, along with the check-ins for the Home Suites, Apartment Comfort and Bungalow Central and reservations for the current season.
Offices
The Information Office is located on the ground floor of the Hotel: here you can obtain information on activities in the Holiday Centre, info of the area, book outings, check out pre-sales and make any type of suggestion and/or complaint. Also at the Hotel, guests will find the Cashier’s Office: here the payment of the accommodation is carried out (excluding the Hotel and Aparthotel) and valuables are safely kept here in personal safety deposit boxes (with a fee). The Beach Register, instead, is located at the central entrance of the beach: here you can rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds daily or weekly, for either the beach or the swimming pools.
Next to the Fantasy World is the Entertainment Office where you can request the weekly entertianment schedule and sign up for tournaments, competitions and other activities; in the Golf office, located at the Club House, it’s possible to receive information on courses, book tee times and sign up for competitions.
Cloakroom and Laundry
In case of stays of more than a week (this refers to the direct accommodation of the Holiday Centre only) a Cloakroom (Building N.2) is available whereby on Fridays guests may deliver their used sheets (supplied on arrival) and receive clean ones. There are also four laundry rooms (coin operated) with dryers and washing machines, located in various points of the Holiday Centre.
Day and night security staff
Daytime security staff is on duty every day from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. They are responsible for assigning pitches and camping areas in the free area and can carry out random checks on admissions. Their station is at the entrance of the Holiday Centre.
The night surveillance service, on the other hand, is carried out every day from 9.00 pm to 7.00 am, they are responsible for maintaining order and make sure that noise is kept to a minimum at night time. They are available for any need and emergency. Their station is at the entrance of the Holiday Centre which also serves as a night time gatehouse, for arrivals after 11.00 pm.
ATM
At the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Centre there are 4 ATM machines: 2 in the main square at the Information Office and in front of the Supermarke, 1 behind the Reception at the Holiday Centre’s entrance and the fourth in the Camping area, in front of Ristorante Sporting.
Free Wi-Fi
Stay always connected with Pra’ delle Torri Wi-Fi with speeds up to 2Gbps.
FREE of charge for all guests in all areas covered by the service*. Bungalow Silver, Bungalow Gold, Apartment Comfort and Home Suite are equipped with additional internal Wi-Fi.
*In order to guarantee a good service to all guests, a large number of Wi-Fi antennae have been installed but, in some cases, vegetation, enclosed or overgrown spaces, further facilities and the high number of connected devices might affect the perfect coverage of the areas and the connection speed.
Toilet facilities
To ensure maximum comfort in the Holiday Centre there are various toilet facility units with hot showers, sinks, washbasins, washing machines, children areas and areas equipped for the physically disabled.
During the low season, when the outside temperature requires it, some shower and WC cabins in the toilet buildings no. 2 and no. 3 of the camping area are warmed up.
24h medical assistance
The medical practice is located at the entrance to the Holiday Center.
From June to early September, a doctor is always present in the Holiday Village, ready to attend to guests 24 hours a day for any type of emergency. Paid service.
During the low season the day hospital is open at set times. It’s also possible to reach the Emergency Rooms of Caorle (7 Km), San Donà di Piave (25 Km), Portogruaro (29 Km).
Safety
Supervision and rescue service at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Trained staff inside and outside the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Centre ready to intervene for any emergency with the help of lifesaving means and devices.
There are 3 defibrillators: one at the Holiday Centre’s main reception, one in the doctor’s office and one at the lifeguard station
More and more people are moving to electric vehicles – we know this because the charging points at the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Centre are in high demand.
To cater for this and to reaffirm our commitment to the environment, we’ve increased the number of charging points from 2 to 10, for the 2023 season.
This is a great advantage if you choose to spend your holidays at Pra’ delle Torri, as you’ll have no problems finding a place to charge up the car battery while you enjoy your holiday.
Where to find the charging points
There are 5 electric columns, each with 2 paid charging points. Here’s where you’ll find them:
• 4 charging points in the central square of the Holiday Centre in the car park next to the fountain;
• 4 charging points right in the middle of the camping area, in front of the Sporting Restaurant and Sports Centre;
• 2 charging points in the Bungalows area, in the central area next to the golf course, between number 168 and number 189.
Charging capacity and how to charge your car
The columns have a charging capacity of up to 22 Kw with a double socket type 2.
Top-ups are paid for on the app.
• Water dispenser and ice cubes machine
In the Holiday Centre Pra’ delle Torri there are 2 water dispensers supplying drinkable and fresh still or carbonated water upon payment. One is located in front of the supermarket on the main square, the other one is located by the toilet building no. 3 in the camping area.
At the toilet building no. 3 in the camping area there is also an ice cubes machine for food-safe ice, to be used upon payment.
• The camper service is located at the entrance of the camping area; in toilets 1, 2 and 3 there are a few chemical emptying basins.
• For all guests: area for washing cars and campers.
• Near the entrance of the Holiday Centre there are 2 bus stops. The automatic ticket machine is located at the stop next to the main Reception.
A HOLIDAY CENTRE WITHOUT BARRIERS
In our large flat, green area, where you can move around freely and safely, we are committed to accommodating those who have special needs.
The centre has 29 rooms suitable for people with motor disabilities. The large lagoon pool and Pirate Island are both fully accessible. There is a lift for access to the Olympic-sized swimming pools, special walkways to the sea, and beach wheelchairs. The campsite’s toilet facilities are all fully accessible, and there are specially adapted counters in all the offices.
The Holiday Centre is affiliated with Village For All – V4A, an International Quality Mark for Accessible Hospitality, the first tourist network of accessible villages and campsites.
