At the Holiday Centre, in addition to the water park, private beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment, sports facilities and playgrounds, we offer a wide range of services to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
Among the amenities available, you will find dedicated offices for assistance and information, laundries, day and night security staff, ATMs, free wi-fi to stay connected at all times, several groups of toilets, medical assistance at the in-house clinic, electric car charging stations, water boxes and ice dispensers, camper service, two bus stops just outside the resort for easy travel, and services dedicated to accessible hospitality, so that every guest can enjoy their experience to the full.
Reception
At the entrance of the Holiday Centre there’s the main Reception, open every day from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. Here all check-in operations are carried out (for the Holiday Village and the Campsite), along with the registration and payment of daily visitors, reservations for the current season and for the next one.
In the Hotel’s reception, check-in and check-out operations are carried out for the Hotel’s and the Aparthotel’s guests, along with the check-ins for the Home Suites, Apartment Comfort and Bungalow Central and reservations for the current season.
Offices
The Information Office is located on the ground floor of the Hotel: here you can obtain information on activities in the Holiday Centre, info of the area, book outings, check out pre-sales and make any type of suggestion and/or complaint.
At the information office, you can reserve a sun umbrella at the beach and pool, when they are charged for and not included in the services of your stay. Alternatively, you can book conveniently online in advance or while you are already on holiday. Book online. For those who have a sun umbrella included, this will be assigned upon arrival at the Holiday Centre.
Also at the Hotel, guests will find the Cashier’s Office: here the payment of the accommodation is carried out (excluding the Hotel and Aparthotel) and valuables are safely kept here in personal safety deposit boxes (with a fee).
Next to the Fantasy World is the Entertainment Office where you can request the weekly entertianment schedule and sign up for tournaments, competitions and other activities.
In the Golf office, located at the Club House, it’s possible to receive information on courses, book tee times and sign up for competitions.

The service is FREE for all guests in all areas covered.
In order to guarantee a good service to all guests, a large number of Wi-Fi antennae have been installed but, in some cases, vegetation, enclosed or overgrown spaces, further facilities and the high number of connected devices might affect the perfect coverage of the areas and the connection speed.

Communication and notices
The communication of activities, events, excursions and more inside the Holiday Centre takes place through various channels: the large ledwall located in the main square, the video totem at the entrance to the camping area, the information monitors at the Information Office, the internal TV channel in each accommodation of Pra’ delle Torri and the audio announcements.
The weekly programme of entertainment activities can be found at the Animation Office (on the main square near Fantasy World) or on the notice boards distributed throughout the Holiday Centre.
Cloakroom and Laundry
In case of stays of more than a week (this refers to the direct accommodation of the Holiday Centre only) a Cloakroom (Building N.2) is available whereby on Fridays guests may deliver their used sheets (supplied on arrival) and receive clean ones. There are also four laundry rooms (coin operated) with dryers and washing machines, located in various points of the Holiday Centre.
Day and night security staff
Daytime security staff is on duty every day from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. They are responsible for assigning pitches and camping areas in the free area and can carry out random checks on admissions. Their station is at the entrance of the Holiday Centre.
The night surveillance service, on the other hand, is carried out every day from 9.00 pm to 7.00 am, they are responsible for maintaining order and make sure that noise is kept to a minimum at night time. They are available for any need and emergency. Their station is at the entrance of the Holiday Centre which also serves as a night time gatehouse, for arrivals after 11.00 pm.
ATM
At the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Centre there are 4 ATM machines: 2 in the main square at the Information Office and in front of the Supermarke, 1 behind the Reception at the Holiday Centre’s entrance and the fourth in the Camping area, in front of Ristorante Sporting.
Toilet facilities
To ensure maximum comfort at the Holiday Centre, various blocks of sanitary facilities are spread across the site, including hot showers, sinks, basins, washing machines, themed areas for children, and facilities designed to accommodate people with disabilities.
During the off-peak season, should the external temperature require it, some shower cubicles and WC cubicles in bathrooms 1, 2, and 3 are equipped with heating.
The cleaning of the facilities is carried out frequently, both during the day and at night, ensuring a high standard of hygiene at all times.
24h medical assistance
The medical practice is located at the entrance to the Holiday Center.
From June to early September, a doctor is always present in the Holiday Village, ready to attend to guests 24 hours a day for any type of emergency. Paid service.
During the low season the day hospital is open at set times. It’s also possible to reach the Emergency Rooms of Caorle (7 Km), San Donà di Piave (25 Km), Portogruaro (29 Km).
Safety
Supervision and rescue service at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Trained staff inside and outside the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Centre ready to intervene for any emergency with the help of lifesaving means and devices.
There are 3 defibrillators: one at the Holiday Centre’s main reception, one in the doctor’s office and one at the lifeguard station.
There are several SOS columns in the Holiday Centre to signal emergencies to staff available 24/7. Orange-coloured, numbered and clearly visible, these columns are illuminated at night and equipped with a button to activate the emergency call, functioning as an intercom.
There is an audio system covering the entire Holiday Centre for service or emergency communications.
Several video cameras monitor all entrances and other areas.
More and more people are moving to electric vehicles – we know this because the charging points at the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Centre are in high demand.
To cater for this and to reaffirm our commitment to the environment, we’ve installed 10 charging points, for the exclusive use of guests.
This is a great advantage if you choose to spend your holidays at Pra’ delle Torri, as you’ll have no problems finding a place to charge up the car battery while you enjoy your holiday.
Where to find the charging points
There are 5 electric columns, each with 2 paid charging points. Here’s where you’ll find them:
• 4 charging points in the central square of the Holiday Centre in the car park next to the fountain;
• 4 charging points right in the middle of the camping area, in front of the Sporting Restaurant and Sports Centre;
• 2 charging points in the Bungalows area, in the central area next to the golf course, between number 168 and number 189.
Charging capacity and how to charge your car
The columns have a charging capacity of up to 22 Kw with a double socket type 2.
Top-ups are paid for on the app.
• Water dispenser and ice cubes machine
In the Holiday Centre Pra’ delle Torri there are 3 water dispensers supplying drinkable and fresh still or carbonated water upon payment. One is located in front of the supermarket on the main square, the other two are located by the toilet building no. 2 and 3 in the camping area.
At the toilet building no. 2 and 3 in the camping area there is also an ice cubes machine for food-safe ice, to be used upon payment.
• The camper service is located at the entrance of the camping area; in toilets 1, 2 and 3 there are a few chemical emptying basins.
• For all guests: area for washing cars and campers.
• Near the entrance of the Holiday Centre there are 2 bus stops. The automatic ticket machine is located at the stop next to the main Reception.
A HOLIDAY CENTRE WITHOUT BARRIERS
Set within a spacious, flat green area where guests can move around freely and safely, we are committed to offering the best possible hospitality to those with specific needs.
There are 35 accommodations suitable for guests with reduced mobility, divided into various types (Bungalow Gold, Bungalow Gold 1st Row, Bungalow Silver, Bungalow Central, and Bungalow De Luxe), designed to meet the diverse needs of our guests. These can be booked, subject to availability, by making a direct request to the reservations office.
The large Laguna swimming pool and the Pirate Island are both accessible. A pool hoist is available for access to the Olympic pools, along with dedicated walkways to reach the sea and beach wheelchairs. All campsite toilet facilities are accessible, and there are designated counters at the main offices.
The Holiday Centre is affiliated with Village For All – V4A, an International Quality Label for Accessible Hospitality, and the first tourism network of accessible villages and campsites.
