2.1 - Reservations
Booking is easy, you can do it directly online on our website. Alternatively, we will be happy to respond to requests via email at info@pradelletorri.it. You can call us at +39 0421 299063.
You can make a reservation after the price list is published online, usually in October of the previous year. For example, it is possible to book for the 2023 season from October 2022.
You can always choose a specific accommodation. You can choose a specific number of pitches or accommodation only during pre-booking. For Easy Village, Aparthotel and all rooms, it is never possible to choose a specific number.
The booking becomes binding only after receiving the deposit and the subsequent sending of the written confirmation. The amount of the deposit to be paid to confirm the booking is 30% of the amount of the booked stay.

Certainly, keep in mind that in this case you are not sure to find availability upon arrival. For campers, there are some non-bookable pitches available for those who prefer to live their vacation without too much planning. The minimum stay in this area is 2 nights. For accommodations and hotel rooms, booking is always recommended.

3 - Check-In
You can check-in from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm at the reception at the entrance of the Holiday Centre.
- For public safety reasons, all members of the family unit (regardless of age) must present a valid ID document (passport/ID card) to the operator at check-in. If the original document is not presented in accordance with the law, the operator will not be authorized to register the guest without a document.
- All guests must present themselves at the reception at the entrance of the Holiday Centre with all the documents mentioned above, confirmation of the reservation, and the license plate number of the vehicle.
- For all unaccompanied minors it is mandatory to deliver a downloadable authorization form in the download section of our website, accompanied by a copy of the parents’ ID documents, to the operator at check-in.
To speed up the check-in process at the holiday center upon arrival, we kindly invite you to fill out the online check-in in advance through your reserved area on our website. By filling out the online check-in, you will be entitled to a priority lane once you arrive at the holiday center, just remember your booking number.
The reception office is open every day from 7:00 to 23:00. You can check-in at any time, but keep in mind that pitches will be available from 15:00, rooms and aparthotels from 16:00, and housing units from 18:00. If your accommodation is not ready upon arrival, you can use all the services of the Vacation Center. Pay attention to your booking confirmation, as for some types of accommodation check-in is done at the hotel reception.
4.1 - General
You can only bring vehicles into the Holiday Center that have been properly registered during Check-in. In particular: for each pitch, it is possible to bring in one vehicle and one overnight accommodation, for each accommodation and for each hotel room, it is instead possible to bring in only one vehicle. The possibility of introducing a second vehicle is subject to availability and, in any case, with payment.
Each accommodation and room have their own numbered and reserved parking space next to the accommodation or in its vicinity.
In the campsite, the car must be parked in the pitch.

Before accessing the Vacation Center, you will need to accompany your guest to the main reception to check-in. Each guest must be equipped with a valid identity document. The minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights.

This automatic system is programmed to spray environmentally friendly insecticide, certified for use in public green spaces, free of solvents, non-toxic and non-irritating, authorized by the Ministry of Health, repellent to natural essences with a characteristic odor that is particularly unpleasant to insects and without any contraindication for humans, vegetation and animals.
In the early morning, a few microns of insecticide are dispensed for a couple of minutes, and in the evening, cycles of 15 seconds each of natural repellent are repeated.

5 - Shopping, Personal Services and Catering
Within the holiday center there are numerous shops and commercial activities ready to meet the various needs during your stay, most of which are located in the central square.
A well-stocked supermarket where every morning you can buy fresh bread and pastry products, and where you can find packaged products even without gluten, loose fruits and vegetables, delicatessen and charcuterie counter, frozen products and a wide choice of drinks, bulk and bottled wines.
In addition, at your disposal you will find: a bazaar with a wide selection of camping products and utensils, clothing, swimwear, inflatable and beach games; a newsstand with a tobacco shop; a clothing store, swimwear and sports articles; a souvenir shop, a candy stall, a ceramics workshop and a bicycle rental.
You will find 5 restaurants within the Pra’ delle Torri Holiday Center, each one distinguished by its location and gastronomic proposals, but we assure you that they are all united by excellent culinary proposals and friendly service:
- Chiringuito: directly on the beach in front of the campground area, boasts a splendid sea view and is the right combination of a kiosk and a restaurant, for your meals at any time of the day;
- Gabbiano: on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the main square, is open for lunch and dinner and here you will be served breakfast if you are staying in the Hotel or Aparthotel;

7 - Health and Safety
You will find the clinic at the main exit, identified by the orange cross. It operates throughout the season at scheduled times which can be consulted on site. In addition, from June to early September, there is always a doctor present in the Village, ready to intervene 24 hours a day for any eventuality. Service is payable.
There is a pharmacy located under the hotel gallery, overlooking the main square.

9 - Water Park
The Pirate Island, the Olympic and semi-Olympic swimming pools, and the slides of the Slide Park will be open from the opening date to the closing date of the holiday center, while the opening of the lagoon pool will be from mid-May to mid-September, with continuous hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The sporting pool will be open during the high season with hours from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The opening and closing hours may vary at the discretion of the Management and in case of adverse weather conditions.
To access the slides of Slide Park, the minimum height is 120 cm. Some lanes of the Olympic pool are reserved for swimming.
The water in Slide Park, Olympic and Semi-Olympic pools, and Pirate Island is heated if the outside temperature requires it, in order to guarantee a pleasant use.
No, it is not mandatory to wear a swim cap in the pool.
In the pool area it is not allowed to bring your own deck chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas. However, you can sit on the green areas with your own towel or rent the equipped seats available.
When entering the water, please do not bring oversized inflatables so as not to impede the bathing of other guests.
10 - Animation and Entertainment
You can participate in various activities on the beach, in the pools, at the theater, in sports fields, and at the mini club. The activities during the low season are limited in time.
The Mini Club is free, always guaranteed and welcomes children from 4 years old.
The meeting point and almost all activities take place in a themed and fenced tensile structure located in the main square of the Vacation Center, near the fountain.
In high season, when the influx is higher, there may be additional activities dedicated to boys and girls.
The animation office is located at Fantasy World, between the fountain and the entrance to the Vacation Center.
At the animation office you can consult the daily and weekly schedule of activities, ask for information and register for various activities (if required). To participate in the mini club, just show up at the tent structure.
Near the entrance of the Holiday Center, after the theater, you will find an area dedicated to children’s entertainment. Here in the afternoon and evening hours you will find: Fantasy World, with an area of inflatables and amusement park rides; Mini-Kart, the track for token-operated cars; also, you can wait at the stop for the panoramic train to discover the Holiday Center. Attractions are available at an additional cost.
Yes, there is a family game room on the main square of the Vacation Center, near the sports goods store, in front of the ice cream shop. Paid games.
Yes, you can discover the art of ceramics and paint original pieces at Hobby Paint, the workshop located in the camping area near the pine forest. The workshop is available for a fee.
11 - Visitors
The daily visitors (without overnight stay) visiting guests of the Vacation Center are allowed throughout the season from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. The host is required to fill out a specific form available at the Reception Office. Daily access is allowed for a maximum of 5 people per pitch/accommodation.
The external visitors (without overnight stay) are not allowed to visit guests of the Vacation Center from 19.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 and from 04.09.2023 to 01.10.2023, from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

The included services vary depending on the type of purchased ticket:
- daily admission: water park and Slide Park, free sports facilities and Activity Park;
- 3-hour admission: water park, Slide Park and Activity Park;

You can buy tickets for the Quickly connection with Venice at the information office, for urban and extra-urban routes directly at the automatic ticket machine located at the stop in front of the main reception of the Holiday Center. Here stop the urban buses for Caorle and for the Quickly connection with Venice. For the extra-urban buses, instead, you will have to go to the stop on the external provincial road, the shelter is located on the opposite side compared to the Holiday Center.
The Holiday Center is located in Caorle (province of Venice) in Viale Altanea 201 and is reachable by car, bus, and taxi.
- Car: exit the A4 motorway at Portogruaro, San Stino di Livenza or San Donà di Piave and follow the signs for Caorle (about 30 km).
- Bus: the nearest station is Caorle, 7 km from the Holiday Center, the bus company is ATVO. In addition to local trips, it also offers a connection service to the airports.

- Train: the nearest train stations are Portogruaro and San Donà di Piave, both 30 km away from the Holiday Center. From the train station, you will then need to take a taxi or public transport, almost always with a change. During peak season, the public transport bus connects directly the Venice Mestre train station with the Holiday Center.
- Airplane: the nearest airports are in Venice and Treviso, both about 45 km away from Pra’ delle Torri. From the airport, you will then need to take a taxi or public transport bus.

13 - Payment, Checkout and Departure
The payment for the stay must be made at the Cash Office within 3 days after the arrival date, except for pitches in non-bookable areas, for which payment must be made at least one day before departure. For Guests of Hotels and Aparthotels, payment must be made at the hotel reception.
Having already made the payment for your stay, before leaving the Vacation Center we ask you to deposit the bracelets in the appropriate container near the exit barrier. In case of stay in one of our accommodations, remember to return the key to the information office.
The camping area gates are closed from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
For accommodations: on the day of departure, the Guest is required to vacate the accommodation and its related parking space no later than 10:00 a.m. The stay at the Holiday Center will however be possible until 12:00 p.m. The key must be returned to the Information Desk. For pitches: on the day of departure, the Guest is required to vacate the pitch and exit the Holiday Center by 12:00 p.m.
14 - Camping Details
In the campsite there are 5 groups of toilets with showers, toilets, sinks and washbasins. Bathrooms number 2 and 3 have been completely renovated and inside they have services dedicated to young guests and heated shower cabins and toilet stalls for the cooler periods of the season. The use of toilets and hot showers is included in the stay.
Yes, the barbecue is allowed as long as it is constantly monitored, the flame is not too high, and there are no flammable materials nearby.
The electric columns in the camping area are equipped with CEE connection with 220 Volt voltage and minimum guaranteed electric supply of 6 Amperes. The maxi pitches in sector A are powered with 16 Amperes. If you need connection cables or an adapter, you can go to the Bazaar.
At the entrance of the camping area, there is the camper service with drainage and water loading. Other chemical waste disposal systems for the tanks are located near toilets no. 1, 2, 3, and 5.
The Pra’ delle Torri Camping in Caorle is a large green lung on the sea with over 1,000 grassy pitches, more or less shaded and available in different types:
- Standard: about 90 sqm with electrical, water and grey water drainage;
- Standard 1st row: about 90 sqm, they are the closest to the sea, with electrical and water connections;
- Maxi: from 110 to 150 sqm with electrical, water, and grey water drainage;
- Pineta: is an undelimited area dedicated exclusively to tents without water connection, available with or without electrical connection. This type of pitch cannot be booked and for each installed tent, the cost of a pitch will be charged;
For water filling in the pitch there is a tap with a male 3/4″ (inches) connection. The water is drinkable and a precious resource, pay attention not to waste it!
15 - Accommodation Details
- 1 bedroom + sofa bed in the living room and 1 bathroom: Standard Bungalow, De Luxe Bungalow, Central Bungalow, Special Bungalow, Superior Bungalow.
- 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: Easy Village, Chalet Village. 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room and 1 bathroom: Marine Village, Two-storey Comfort Apartment.
- 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room and 1 bathroom: Silver Bungalow.
- 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms: Lodge Openspace 2 bedrooms.
- 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms: Gold Bungalow, Ground floor Comfort Apartment, Ground floor Home Suite, Two-storey Home Suite.
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Lodge Openspace 3 bedrooms.
The change of bathroom linen (towels) and bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) for stays of 2 or more weeks is scheduled on Friday, at the Wardrobe open from 8:00 to 14:00 (building no. 2 on the map, behind the Vanghetto restaurant, adjacent to the games room). Bring the dirty laundry inside a bag and you will receive the clean one. To do the laundry instead, you will find coin-operated washing machines and dryers distributed among 5 laundries in various points of the Vacation Center and in the toilet facilities 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the camping area.
The accommodations differ by structure (mobile home or masonry), size, number of internal rooms, included amenities and proximity to the sea/pools. For details, you can consult the “services and amenities” table that compares all available accommodations at this link.
The deposit is required for all accommodations (except for hotels and aparthotels) at the time of key delivery. The security deposit through a credit card or prepaid card (VISA, MasterCard) is free of additional charges. In the case of a cash deposit, additional charges will be added and held permanently upon payment of the deposit. Partial or total amounts of the deposit may be withheld if one or more points regarding cleanliness and amenities of the accommodation are not respected, as specified in the regulation provided at the time of key delivery.
Within 24 hours of arrival, it is necessary to verify if the equipment in the accommodation corresponds to that reported in the inventory received. Any shortages must be reported to the Information Office within and not later than 24 hours from arrival.
The day of departure requires: waste disposal, tidy rooms and furniture, washed dishes and orderly stove, cleaned and defrosted refrigerator, microwave cleaned, bedding (and bathroom linen if present) gathered and ready for pick-up.
When the final inspection of the accommodation shows no damages or missing items from the inventory, the deposit amount is returned: through on-site refund on the same day of departure, by personally delivering the inspection result at the Information Office, if the deposit was made in cash (additional fees paid during the cash deposit are always withheld permanently); through automatic release of the amount based on the timing of the banking circuits, if the deposit was made through a credit card or pre-paid card (VISA, MasterCard). If you have made the deposit with a card, you do not need to wait for the final inspection.
The bath towels are provided in all accommodations except for: Easy Village, Chalet Village, Marine Village, Lodge Village Openspace and Bungalow Standard. For stays of 2 or more weeks, a towel change is included.
In all accommodations, air conditioning is included. In some types, it only turns on when the guest is present and all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation.
The keys and access cards for the accommodations must be returned to the Information Office. The access cards for the rooms and Aparthotels must be returned to the Hotel reception.
16 - Hotel and Aparthotel Details
The hotel has two different types of rooms:
- Comfort: double and twin rooms with a pouf as a third bed, colorful environment and modern furnishings. Upon request, some connecting rooms are available.
- Prestige: double rooms with a sofa bed for the third person, elegant environment, quality materials and efficient soundproofing. Upon request, connecting rooms are also available.
Aparthotels are two-story brick townhouses located in a green area near the hotel. They are apartments with 1 bedroom, 2 single beds that fold away in the living room, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and outdoor terrace. They have all the advantages and services of the hotel while providing the independence of an accommodation.
The continental breakfast is included in the price for those staying in the Hotel rooms and Aparthotel. We do not offer half board or full board. Within the Vacation Center you will find 5 restaurants and Il Gabbiano, right in the hotel, offering guests of the Hotel and Aparthotel a 20% discount on the à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
17 - Tour Operator Clients

The eventual delayed departure or non-overnight stay at the Vacation Center by a group member must be reported to the main reception of the Vacation Center at the time of departure.

18 - Emergencies
In case of emergency, the first thing to do is to sound the alarm: call the number +39 0421 1631322 or start the call from the SOS columns (orange) located in various points of the Vacation Center. We have trained personnel always ready to intervene for any emergency that will also take care of calling external rescue services (Ambulance, Firefighters, Carabinieri).
It is important not to intervene alone and not to put yourself in danger, as it is also important to inform the staff of the Vacation Center in case you have requested the intervention of an external rescue vehicle in order to reduce intervention times by accompanying them directly to the site.
The football field is the landing point for air rescues. Please clear the field (or any other place) in case you see a helicopter landing or on the indication of the personnel.
Fire safety: several portable and wheeled powder extinguishers, various fire hoses and connections to hydrants are located in strategic points of the Holiday Center. There is also a vehicle equipped to combat fires.
Healthcare: there are two defibrillators, one at the main reception at the entrance of the Holiday Center and one available to the lifeguard personnel in the sea and pool areas.
Sound alarm: signal speakers are present throughout the Holiday Center.
- Collection points: In case of major emergencies, to allow rescue operations to be carried out as best as possible, we invite you to gather at meeting points (2 in the green park among the bungalows, 1 in front of the Sporting Center and 1 in the Chiringuito area).
- Emergency exits: There are a total of 8 emergency exits, 6 of which lead to the sea, 1 to the golf course and the main one is located under the dome.
- Night guards: The office is located at the entrance of the Holiday Center and is always manned at night. Other guards monitor the Holiday Center.
- First aid point: At the main exit, identified by the orange cross, the medical clinic is located.
