Caorle among the best beaches in Italy.
The Blue Flag is an award assigned annually by Fee Italia (Foundation for Environmental Education) to locations that comply with specific requirements and criteria relating to water quality, environmental education and information, environmental management, services and beach safety.
Caorle Blue Flag in 2002 and every year since 2006.

Caorle among the best beaches for children selected by Italian paediatricians.
For the Green Flag to be awarded, the following criteria must be met: clean sand to allow children to play and build sandcastles, space between beach umbrellas, presence of play areas, clear water with gradual entry to the sea, beaches with lifeguard service and medical assistance, presence of toilets and bars nearby for snacks and to warm up baby bottles, spaces for changing nappies, breastfeeding and staying in the shade.
