PEOPLE IN HOTEL:
• The 1st person always pays the full rate, regardless of age.
• Children up to 36 months old: free of charge.
• Single room: surcharge: +30%
• All hotel rooms are twin rooms; on request some are also available with connecting door.
• In each room can stay overnight a maximum of 2 people + 1 person on an extra bed (pouf convertible into a single bed with mattress if Comfort Room, sofa bed 63×170 cm if Prestige Room). In all rooms it is not permitted to exceed the maximum amount of people allowed for overnight stay, even if children.

PEOPLE IN APARTHOTEL:
• People paying full price, regardless of age and the number of guests: minimum 2 people.
• Children up to 36 months old: free of charge.
• A maximum of 4 people, including children, may stay in each Aparthotel. In all accommodation it is not permitted to exceed the maximum amount of people allowed for overnight stay, even if children.

MINIMUM STAY IN HOTEL AND APARTHOTEL:
• 2 consecutive nights.
• Surcharge for 1 night stay: +30%

HOTEL AND APARTHOTEL DETAILS:
• The Rooms and Aparthotel will be available from 4 p.m. on the arrival day and must be left within 10 a.m. on the departure day.
• Neither deposit nor final cleaning fees are required for the Hotel Rooms and Aparthotel.
• Meal plans are not provided, neither half board nor full board. The “Gabbiano” Restaurant at the Hotel applies -10% discount on its menu “à la carte” for Hotel and Aparthotel guests.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

BOOKING POLICY:
• The booking acquires binding value only after the receipt of the deposit and the subsequent sending of the written confirm.
• The deposit required to confirm the booking amounts to 30% of the total amount of the booked stay.

MODIFICATION OF BOOKING:
A modification fee of € 25,00 will be charged in following circumstances:
• Shortening of the number of nights equal to 3 or more nights of the confirmed booking period as indicated on the original booking confirmation.
• Moving the initially confirmed booking period to a different period if the change of the original arrival date is more than 6 nights. Moving the reservation is permitted for the current season only, subject to availability at the time of the request.
Each modification must be communicated up to 7 days prior to the arrival date initially stated in the booking confirmation, modification communicated from 6 days before the arrival date until the arrival date will be rejected. The modification fee will be charged a maximum of 2 times per each booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A fixed charge cancellation fee of 50,00 Euro is applicable to all refunds;
45 days prior to arrival the deposit will be completely refunded, minus the fixed charge;
From 44 to 30 days before arrival: 60% of the deposit will be refunded, minus fixed charge;
From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the deposit will be refunded, minus fixed charge;
From 14 days before arrival no part of the deposit will be refunded.
The cancellation requests must be sent in writing exclusively from the booking holder (or in case of impossibility of the booking owner, by a duly authorized person).
Under no circumstances it is allowed to transfer the booking to third parties, neither when booking nor when checking in.
In case of impossibility to use the booked stay, the normal cancellation policy will be applied.
Under no circumstances it is allowed to transfer the deposit paid to a reservation for the coming year.

ARRIVAL:
• For Public Security reasons each member of the family unit regardless of age must present a valid identification document (Passport/ID) to the operator at the time of the check-in. In the event of non-presentation of the identification document in its original form, the operator, according to the laws in force, is not authorised to register the customer without documents.
• In order to speed up the access to the Holiday Centre upon arrival, we kindly invite you to fill out in advance the online check-in.
• Any delays on arrival day not communicated within the next 24 hours – considered from 12:00 (noon) on the day of arrival until 12:00 (noon) on the following day – will entail the cancellation of the booking and the full amount paid as a deposit will be withheld.
• For early departures or postponed arrivals on booked stays, the payment required is for the entire booked period. In case of postponed arrivals on camping pitches the extra charge for the Uninhabited Pitch will be charged in addition to the rate of the assigned pitch.

PAYMENT:
• Balance of the holiday bill: the payment of the stay must be made within 3 days after the arrival day, with exception of camping pitches in non-bookable areas, for those the payment must be made within the day before the departure day.
• All offers are non-cumulative.
• The Municipality of Caorle has introduced some variations concerning the Tourist tax, a fee charged to keep higher quality standards in the public service and to ensure a rich entertainment programme with sporting and cultural events. The fee is required only for the first 10 consecutive nights. Rates per person per night: Hotel rooms 1.90 €; Camping, Village and Aparthotel 2.00 €. Exemptions: Children up to the age of six (Tourist tax is required from 6 years old); People with disabilities and dependent persons with certificate in accordance with the law of the country of origin and their accompanying person; Police officers or Firefighters staying overnight in our Holiday Resort for official reasons; Students staying overnight for study purposes or vocational training with certificate of the training institution. • Cash payment limit: maximum € 4.999,99 . Legge Italiana di Bilancio 2023 – art. 1, comma 384 della Legge 29 dicembre 2022 n. 197.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
• Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of cases foreseen by the laws in force, for which the village staff requires a valid medical certificate.
• Access to the Holiday Centre is only permitted in full compliance with and acceptance of our Regulations.
• The number of the accommodation unit/pitch can only be chosen during the pre-booking phase (from 01.01.2025 to 31.10.2025) and with payment of the deposit within 31.10.2025 and, even if already confirmed, it may be subject to change at the discretion of the Management. For all bookings made from 01.11.2025 onwards, only the period and category of stay will be guaranteed and the number of the accommodation unit/pitch will therefore only be communicated during the check-in upon arrival. For Hotel rooms, Aparthotel, Easy Village, Joy Village, Premium Pitches and Premium Pitches 1st Row the number is never guaranteed in advance and is only communicated during the check-in upon arrival.
